Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND AND RETURN:

We try our best to provide you with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day return period during which you can return the product. 

Original Condition and Packaging:

The products that are present in the original packaging and condition can only be returned. Damaged products by the customer and used products don’t fall under the criteria of return and refund.

Return Authorization Number:

You have to request the Return Authorization Number by sending an email to support@evermove.co.uk and giving the detailed reason for your return with a picture and video of the product. You will get the details RA# after approval of your request.

Lost packages:

We will not be responsible for the missing packages so please use a trackable email to ensure your refund.

Refund Receipt:

After a detailed examination of the product, the refund will be issued to the method of payment you used for your first or original order. A refund receipt will also be emailed to your original email address.

Missing and Late Refund:

We refund as soon as the refund request of the customer is approved. If you find, your refund is missing or late please check your bank account again and then do contact the credit card company as some companies take 30 days to process and refund your amount back. If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund then contact us.

Delivery Time:

Once you place your order it takes 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) to deliver your order and if you have not received your product in time then contact us at support@evermove.co.uk

Tracking Number:

When the tracking information becomes available all the tracking numbers will be sent to the email address used while placing the order.

Can I change the shipping address?

We might help you if you entered the wrong address but we can’t promise you because once your order is shipping process it’s not possible for us to change the address. We are not responsible if it is delivered to the wrong address because our system processes the data that you supplied for the order.

Invalid reasons for a refund:

  • Change of mind-this is one of the most given reasons by the customers that we cannot honor this reason, the products falling under this condition cannot be eligible for a refund.
  • Cheaper products in some other store-If Customers find the same product cheaper on any other platform and want a refund. He should be confident enough that he is going to pay the asked amount for the product. After submission of the order, the customers enter into a legal contract and have to purchase all the items they ordered.
