Shipment processing time:
The orders made before 2 PM will be processed in 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday).On weekends orders are not delivered, processed, or shipped. Shipment may be delayed for a few days when we are experiencing a high volume of orders and we will inform our customers via email or telephone. Delayed delivery can occasionally occur.
Order Cancellation:
If you want to cancel the order before it’s get dispatched we can cancel your order but once it’s dispatched from our side kindly refer to your refund policy
Products Damaged in Transit:
Please don’t receive the parcel if you find it damaged in transit. Still, if you have received the damaged parcel then contact our customer service.
Change of Address:
We cannot change the address that you have provided once the parcel is dispatched, If you want to change the address kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
